How much do you charge for a service call or diagnostic fee?
We believe in transparent pricing. We charge a flat diagnostic fee of $125 to send a certified technician to your home, troubleshoot the issue, and provide an estimate for repair. If you choose to proceed with the repair, we often apply the $125 toward the final repair cost. Our estimates last for 4 weeks from the service call date. This gives you time to think and make the best decision for your household, to repair or replace.
My Samsung or LG appliance is broken. Do you use genuine factory parts?
Absolutely. Modern "smart" appliances like Samsung refrigerators and LG washers require specific OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) components to function correctly. We stock genuine parts for major brands to ensure your warranty remains valid and a long lasting repair.

Our pricing is transparent and based on the type of appliance and the nature of the repair. Our repair prices are in compliance with the National Appliance Blue Book fee schedule to protect both our customers and our company. We offer upfront cost estimates, and there are no hidden charges.
